Detailed Terms and Conditions governing the procedures of Terra Lu Travel, the legal operator of the Luther500 Festival and the Luther500 Festival Leaders Trips can be found here on the Terra Lu website.
Events outside Luther500 Festival/Terra-Lu control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Luther500 Festival and Terra Lu are released from Luther500 Festival and Terra Lu obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the ability to provide contracted services, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required with initial registration, after March 1, 2018. Payments can be made in US Dollars at the Euro conversion rate in effect on the date of the payments. A total of 50% of the Festival registration cost which includes housing, is due 30 weeks prior to the Festival, which is November 18, 2018. Payment of the full remaining balance is due eight weeks prior to the Festival, or, April 22, 2019. Refunds are available according to the terms and conditions of Terra Lu Travel, aside from the non-refundable 10% deposit which holds your space for nine months, March to November 2018.
